In three months I was already able to understand everything but that was just the beginning, soon I started to speak fluently. It was then after three months when I realized that I was living the life I an exchange student, a life that keeps you away from you love, your friends, your family, your home. But this type of process allows you to see the world in a complete new way, to learn and overall mature, it also gives you the chance to meet new people and live with another family that in my case accepted, helped and loved me, making me feel part of something big. I realized for the first time what is to have a father.
As I could see, my life had changed forever.
I consider myself I changed man and its all thanks to the United States of America

UN CHICO MURCIANO EN USA-1
On August 18th 2012 I got off the plane in St. Louis, previously coming from Spain.
I was lost in an airport that I had never seen before In a country that I had never stepped on. I was scared, afraid, I was wondering what was I going to find, I put myself in every kind of possible situation but everything turn out to be just perfect. My first day in the United States I had to join the school immediately and the first thing I said and the one I wanted to do the most was, to be able to play American football and since then I got to learn a lot about the American culture, I made many friends that later on became best friends. Everyday was a lesson for me and every sentence I understood a gift.
